Jacqui Dean gets tough on drugs…

The MP for Otago, Jacqui Dean, made a plea of Jim Anderton to ban the use of dihydrogen monoxide believing it was a harmful party drug – instead of what it really is: water.

Quelle horreur. She either doesn’t look into the petitions she signs, or didn’t gain an education past Form 4.

Sadly, if the pundits are right, people such as Ms Dean will be in charge of the country next year. Let’s hope John Key doesn’t make her Minister of Science.
