Tame Iti was arrested on ‘terrorism” charges. His bail conditions are relaxed so he can appear in a play based on  the Tempest – a play that questions and challenges sovereignty and illegal detention.

I think good on him.

Perhaps we’ll soon see Osama bin Laden in New Zealand starring in Porgy and Bess. I’d pay to see that!
