Art for sale

I’ve been dabbling with painting for a few years now, on a very intermittent basis.

My first ever painting was completed in 1995, using Resene test pots, on a self stretched canvas I bought from a camping store. It still hands in pride of place in our lounge, and hasn’t faded a jot.

I did a few paintings for friends…all gratefully received, and still being hung, as opposed to quietly taken down and hidden in the garden shed.

At the end of 2006 I resurrected my talent and broke out the easel…starting out with an image of a wood pigeon…some sandshoes….and a still life of a day bed from a holiday house we frequent up north.

All pieces are for sale, except where noted. And, yes, I’ll take commissions as long as I think I’ll be able to do you a good job.

  3. Hello Skinny

Sometime ago you visited my home town Greymouth and had a haircut at my father hairdressers shop.He was very proud of the photo and comments you wrote about him. Last year he had a stoke and is trying to return to work. I had bookmarked this page and went to print it out for our family history, but the page shows as under work. Is the page still on the net or were can I get a copy of it. Thanks for your time. Best wishes Kym.
